How long is a typical lawn mowing period?

Lawn maintenance season in New Hampshire typically runs about 26 weeks from May until October. Each week, our maintenance crews will cut your lawn, trim all bed and driveway edges, and then completely blow clippings from your walkways and driveway. Our crews will bag all grass clippings, and prefer a dump spot on site, but not required.

How do I pay for each lawn mowing service?

Accepted Answer

Add a card on file once—we auto-charge it after each mow and email you a receipt (also visible in your client portal). Because mowing is a recurring service, auto-pay is required.

What if my lawn doesn't need to be cut this week?

Accepted Answer

During times of drought/little rain, we will assess the growth rate of the lawn and communicate a recommended "skip" week.

Question 4

Do you bag the clippings?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we bag every property's clippings. It is preferred to have a dump spot for grass on-site, but can be removed for an extra fee.

How should I prepare for a lawn care service?

Accepted Answer

Please clear toys, hoses, pet waste, and personal items. For safety/liability, we don’t move personal items.

Do I have to pay for the entire season up front, or can I pay weekly?

Accepted Answer

We offer two options.

1.) Season Prepay (preferred): Pay for the full mowing season at the start. We lock in your rate and schedule, and email a receipt. We service 24-26 weeks from May-October.

2.) Weekly Auto-Pay: Keep a card on file and we’ll auto-charge after each mow. (Manual week-to-week payments aren’t offered. Card payments include a 2.9% processing fee.)
